 Golden State Finance Authority provides access to mortgage financing, down payment assistance, and mortgage credit certificates for California homebuyers. 

 MyHome down payment assistance offers a deferred-payment junior loan of an amount up to the lesser of 3.5% of the purchase price or appraised value to assist with down payment and/or closing costs, with a cap of $10,000.

• Dream For All provides a loan for 20% of the home purchase price.
• The homeowner pays back the original loan amount plus 20% of any appreciation in the value of the home.
